Daikin FXFSQ25ARV1 VRV cassette indoor unit
The FXFSQ25ARV1 is part of the FXFSQ-ARV1 ceiling cassette range for the Middle East and Africa. Its 2.8 kW nominal cooling capacity and 3.2 kW nominal heating capacity provide a starting point for room-by-room VRV selection. The cassette body is concealed above the ceiling, with a separately specified decoration panel providing the visible finish. Select the indoor unit together with the outdoor unit, controls and piping for the complete system.

Cooling ratings use indoor air at 27°C dry bulb / 19°C wet bulb and outdoor air at 35°C dry bulb / 24°C wet bulb. Heating ratings use 20°C dry bulb / 15°C wet bulb indoors and 7°C dry bulb / 6°C wet bulb outdoors. Both use 7.5 m equivalent piping and zero height difference. Capacities include the effect of indoor fan motor heat. The listed indoor power input is not the consumption of the complete VRV system.

H, HM, M, ML and L indicate high, high-medium, medium, medium-low and low fan settings. Sound figures are anechoic chamber conversion values measured 1.5 m below the unit centre. Actual room sound levels depend on the installed surroundings. Use the databook sound curves and air-velocity distributions when assessing comfort and unit placement.

Dimensions and mass above are for the indoor body, excluding the panel. Allow space for ceiling installation, service access, drainage and refrigerant piping according to the dimensional drawings and installation requirements. The ARV1 electrical specification is 50/60 Hz; the ARV16 version in the same databook is a separate India-market model.
Decoration panel and controls
The ARV1 specification lists the BYCQ125EAF9 fresh-white decoration panel as an option. It measures 50 × 950 × 950 mm and weighs 5.5 kg, with a mould-resistant resin-net air filter. Confirm the panel and controller included in the quoted configuration. The databook also discusses sensing configurations; sensing features should not be assumed to be included with the basic panel.
