Daikin RXQ6ARYFK VRV X outdoor unit
The 6 HP-class RXQ6ARYFK supplies cooling to a designed network of Daikin VRV indoor units. It is a cooling-only outdoor unit for multi-room and multi-zone applications, with 16.0 kW nominal T1 capacity and 14.7 kW nominal T3 capacity. The HP value identifies the VRV capacity class; it is not the electrical input power.

T1 ratings use indoor air at 27°C dry bulb / 19°C wet bulb and outdoor air at 35°C dry bulb. T3 ratings use indoor air at 29°C dry bulb / 19°C wet bulb and outdoor air at 46°C dry bulb. The catalogue bases these ratings on ISO 15042:2011 and the seasonal figure on ISO 16358-1:2013/AMD 1:2019.
The separate maximum T3 cooling figure of 14.8 kW applies at 19°C indoor wet bulb, 46°C outdoor dry bulb and a 130% indoor-unit connection ratio, for a limited number of hours. It is not the nominal T3 rating. The 52°C operating limit also does not imply nominal capacity at that temperature.
Variable refrigerant temperature and high-ambient design
Variable Refrigerant Temperature (VRT) control adjusts refrigerant temperature together with inverter compressor speed as the cooling load changes. The VRV X series combines scroll compression with a three-row heat exchanger and anti-corrosion fin treatment. A refrigerant-cooled inverter PCB supports operation in high ambient temperatures. The catalogue specifies outdoor external static pressure up to 78.4 Pa, subject to the installation design.
