The UATQ300CGXY1U combines refrigeration and air handling in a packaged rooftop unit, supplying cooled air through a designed duct system. T1 ratings use indoor air at 27°C dry bulb / 19°C wet bulb and outdoor air at 35°C dry bulb. T3 ratings use indoor air at 29°C dry bulb / 19°C wet bulb and outdoor air at 46°C dry bulb. The catalogue’s 19–52°C dry-bulb cooling operating range is an operating limit; the 52°C maximum is not a rated-capacity condition.

The belt-driven, double-inlet centrifugal blower uses a pulley arrangement that can be adjusted on site to meet the required airflow and static pressure. Check the complete duct design, roof structure, service clearances and condensate route against the 1090 kg net weight and unit dimensions. Refrigeration and protective features
Two independent refrigerant circuits provide staged cooling. Each circuit includes a thermostatic expansion valve, filter drier and high- and low-pressure switches. Compressor overload protection, crankcase heaters and phase monitoring support operation. External pressure-check points allow service checks without opening the unit.
The series has hydrophilic Gold Fin coil treatment, a powder-coated galvanized casing and coil guards. A washable saranet pre-filter is provided, with a two-inch rail for an additional field-supplied filter. The condensate drain pan is powder coated.
Controls and maintenance
Auto random restart can resume operation with previous settings after a power interruption. The brochure illustrates the BRC51D65 controller with a seven-day timer, temperature display and error codes, and describes building-management integration through the NetPro Dual Modbus gateway.
